Abstract:

In this paper we describe a simple anodic oxidation process to fabricate TiO2 nanotube arrays on a pure titanium foil into chemical electrolyte contained hydrofluoric acid of 0.5 wt% and distilled water. The process is done with different anodization voltages in the range of 7V to 20V. The current density during the experiment is recorded by using multimeter. The morphologies of titanium nanotube arrays are observed using FE-SEM. TiO2 nanotube arrays are obtained from samples implemented with 10, 15, 20V and all samples showed different morphologies such as diameter and length of TiO2 nanotube arrays.
