Abstract:

This report contains the results and findings of the usability evaluation
performed on the Domino software at the Institute for Advanced Management
Science Research (IAMSR) at Åbo Akademi University, Turku, Finland. The evaluation sessions were held between 28.11.2005 and 9.12.2005.

The report consists of five sections:

An executive summary that briefly summarizes the results and lists the recommendations for the usability problems found.

A description of the usability evaluation performed. This section
outlines the goals of the evaluation and describes the methodology,
methods and procedures used. It also contains information about what kind
of data was collected, what tools were used to perform the analysis, a
description of the participants and a description of the model used to
rate the severity of the usability problems found.

The evaluation results contains the results and summaries of all the data
collected during the evaluation.

Findings and recommendations contains detailed information about the
usability problems and bugs found in the software and recommendations
for solving them.

The final section, conclusions, contains concluding thoughts on the
findings of the evaluation.
