Organisation: UTU / Dept. of Future Technologies
Credit Points: 5
Responsible Person: Ari Paasio
Course code: ETT_2028
Learning outcomes:
To learn operating principles of several mixed-mode structures, to learn the practical use of CAD tools for IC-design, to learn simulation techniques of mixed-mode structures.
Contents:
The course covers electrical system building blocks working between the analog and digital world that are used in integrated circuits. Such structures include e.g. comparators, analog to digital converters, digital to analog converters and phase locked loops.
